Here is another golden oldie recording from the PTR hay-day.  We hope everyone is gearing up for the live show in about 10 days.  Remember Sept. 10th thats the day t remember this historic event.  Mak you calendars and help us get the word out.

Don't forget to SPAM the lockers and spread the word.  We need all the publicity we can get so to entice you to tell more people, when I see the numbers climb I will release more clips.  So far I'm looking at like 28 downloads right now, but I know the PTR fans an do better.  So spread the word and lets get those numbers up, remember it's up to you to make sure this thing is a success.  If you like us let us know, If you don't let us know.  We want to hear what you think about PTR coming back, especially with adding on ApeMan as another host.  So email Shaggy@ptrradio.com or MikeTheApeman@gmail.com and let us know what you think!

Since we are only a couple weeks away I thouoght I would go ahead and upload a historical show.  This is our new year coming back from break show we did back in jan. of 2005.

Ok folks for those that didn't read the last post the show is coming back, September 10th is the date. To add to the previous post, if you want to be alerted when we are going to have a live show please click this link PTRMailing List and click Send.  This will subscribe you to the PTR Mailing list which we use to announce live shows and any host related announcements that our listeners may need to know or be excited about.

In addition listen to the latest TAP episode and learn about the new contest Apeman is sponsoring.  Details are really simple, since it's out of the bag that it's at least going to be ApeMan and Shaggy (with occasional additions from Colin and Nate).  We are looking to keep the PTR name, but as you notice the accronym can change.  We need your help in that effort, come up with the greatest PTR meaning and send it to MikeTheApeMan@gmail.com if we pic it then you'll get a free product from the TAP store.  Get stuff free and help us get a new name what a deal!

Yes the title is correct PTR is returning to the wire-waves of the Internet.  Not exactly as it was before, but we think in a much more exciting and functional manner.  Now I know what your all dieing to know so here they are.

• Are the hosts going to be the same? No
• Are you going back on NHB or somewhere else? Unknown, but right now looks like on our own.
• Is the Raid Array still working? Yes (92 degrees BTW)
• Are the topics going to be the same? Kinda, probably more varied than originally
• When are you going to be LIVE? See below for details
• Are you going to charge me for this? No
• Does Colin still have midgets in his hot-tub? Tune in and find out
• How will I be able to contact you? IM, E-mail and phone (last one still being worked out)
• What do I need to do to prepare for your resurgence? See below for your mission details

As for the "when" will are currently scheduling the launch show for Sept. 10th 2007.  The time still has yet to be determined, but it will be in the evening and will be announced here in plenty of time for you to prepare.  The schedule moving forward will be that the LIVE show will be the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month with podcasts published during the non-LIVE weeks.  For those of you who either don't own a calendar or who think that we are out of our mind with such a schedule I have this to say.  Don't you think geeks would have an answer to that!  Every morning before a live show a reminder will go to our PTR mailing list reminding you of the live show that night.  In addition the AOL and MSN messengers will go live before the show starts.  Heck, if you want we will even send you a text message (you pay the message fees of course).

Now your mission whether you want to or not is the following

1) send us an e-mail and let us know what you think of the return and what questions you have. Shaggy@ptrradio.com  Tell us whether your happy, upset, turned-on, turned-off, or this has been your entire reason for living.  We want to know what you think and what you want to know about the staff.

2) WE NEED YOU, as mentioned above we most likely will be doing the LIVE broadcasting on our own.  That means we need you to spread the word about the show, the schedule.  You know the drill... spread the word, spread the virus, SPAM THE LOCKERS!!!  Tell all the old fans you know, tell all your friends, tell all your family, tell all your forums.
